Gelatin ladybug / Joaninha de gelatina

And now for a simple and fun dessert!
Find a ladybug shape and fill it with red gelatine (strawberry, for instance).
Then prepare the "ground" with a green gelatine (apple, for instance).
Prepare the gelatines, let them solidify in the fridge and then assemble!

E agora uma sobremesa simples e divertida!

Encontre uma forma de joaninha e encha-a com gelatina vermelha (morango, por exemplo).

A seguir prepare o "chão" com gelatina verde (maçã, por exemplo).

Preparar as gelatinas, levá-las ao frigorífico para solidificar e depois juntar as peças!

Portuguese style Sweet Rice / Arroz Doce à Portuguesa

You start with 250 grams of rice.
Cook the rice in a pan, add salt and a lemon rind.
Add 1 litre of hot milk.
Mix and let it boil.
Add 250 grams of sugar.
Add two butter spoons.
Remove from stove.
Mix 6 egg yolks in a separate recipient.
Pour the rice in spoons over the mixed egg yolks e mix it fast (careful not to let it boil)
Take again to stove and let it finish cooking.
Pour into cups, and decorate the top with cinnamon!
(this recipe is for approximately 14 cups)

Começar com 250 grama de arroz.
Cozer em água com sal e casca de limão.
Adicionar 1 litro de leite quente.
Mexer e deixar ferver.
Juntar 250 grama de açúcar.
Juntar 2 colheres de manteiga.
Tirar do lume.
Mexer 6 gemas de ovo em recipiente separado.
Deitar arroz às colheres sobre as gemas e mexer rápido (cuidado para não cozer).
Levar ao lume para acabar de cozer.
Deitar em 14 taças (pouco cheias) e decorar com canela.

IncrediBurger

Using a bread machine to mixture the ingredients and make the bread dough...
Then, split it in portions.
Take a portion of bread dough...
Take some bread dough...
Add one cooked burger, some corner, some mushrooms and a slice (or two) of cheese...
Add the burger, some corn and mushrooms, and a slice of cheese...
Close the bread borders...
Close the bread borders...
Use a beated egg to close the dough and glue it...
Add some beated eggs... to cover and glue the all thing...
Take it into oven (until is cooked)...
Going into oven...
Take it out when ready...
Comming out from oven
And enjoy!
