Food presentation

Our quest in this blog is to show that food should not only taste great but also look great! But how can you do that with plain burger, broccoli and farfalle pasta?

Here's an initial example ;-)

Using a bread machine to mixture the ingredients and make the bread dough...
Then, split it in portions.
Take a portion of bread dough...

Add one cooked burger, some corner, some mushrooms and a slice (or two) of cheese...

Close the bread borders...

Use a beated egg to close the dough and glue it...

Take it into oven (until is cooked)...

Take it out when ready...

And enjoy!
